I was using filezilla for the first time and found it a great difficulty connecting to our website using ftp.

I tried everything and was nearly pulling my hair out when i noticed you could talk live to an advisor, so being at my wits end i used the service.

I was soon connected to cristian who was of great help and explained all my noob mistakes, he very quickly had me sorted out. I couldnt thank him enough.

And would recommend this service to everyone
