Support was good via live chat. Sorted the problem quickly. I was frustrated as the support team operate 9pm to 5pm. The main problem with 123-reg is the antiquated website, lots of little bugs with such a terrible workflow. To get anything done on an admin level takes real effort. As a professional it bothers me however most home users would be fine. The domains aren't the cheapest either. I have now moved most of my domains away from 123-Reg. I would highly recommend TSO Host www(dot)tsohost(dot)com.
