Just setup my new hosting with 123-reg and couldn't get the hosting package and my domain name to connect. I'm not technical so used the LiveChat facility to find out what was needed and in a couple of minutes, the problem was identified and the solution put in place. What more could I ask?

Did try the help and support pages but couldn't find an answer that made sense to me but having the LiveChat option is a winner. Saves me having to make a phone call and I can copy and paste their response - perfect.
