I had an issue with e-mail connectivity that affected a large number of 123 customers so when i contacted support via live chat i was informed they were working on a resolution and expected a fix in a couple of hours.
The fix did happen in this time however i got back in touch as i had missing emails. The issue was escalated and i was given a ticket number and told someone would contact me. In that time i started to receive the backlog of e-mails anyway.
The live chat feature is an excellent way to access support immediately without long hold periods or explanations of what the issue is. the assistance was quick, professional and very effective.
