having recently changed my hosting package with 123 reg my website had to be taken down and then restarted with the new hosting package.
at first the site was not visible so i asked for help from the support team. after being given advice to change a few settings i waited the suggested 48hrs but still my website was not visible. When i asked for more help i got a different member of the support team called Andy who made all the difference.
rather than just advise me (my technical knowledge is very poor) he got on and made the required setting changes for me.
my web site is now up and running again, Andy could not have been more helpful and he has restored my faith in the 123 reg support team.
