I recently transferred 15 domains from various hosting providers to 123-Reg. I had an issue with 1 domain because of the previous hosting provider being so awkard is the transfer (not unlocking, cancelling account too early etc.).

So, I spoke to 123-Reg through Live Chat and they were incredibly prompt, fixed the problem quickly and were a pleasure to deal with.

I've been with most domain registrars and I have to say 123-Reg are the best that I have seen in a long, long time.
