“Excellent, Polite and Concise Support Staff ”

I have used other hosting companies before and have tried, when problems arose to use other live support chat where they always mistook what i was saying, I would say I am an intermediate user, but the staff instantly took my level explained at my level and answered quickly and politely.

10 /10 IMHO
