Just had an email account which was set for auto renewal that I completely forgot about, and spoke to Raluca from the live support chat, who was very helpful. I asked if it was possible for a refund and to close the email account down, and sure enough, it took her the best part of 3 minutes to complete my refund and remove the email account. I was very impressed with the speed of service!
