After many year of great service I had an issue with hosting payment not going through as expected on the correct date and therefore my website was suspended.
However after contacting 123reg support I got step by step instructions from
Support Agent Raluca and my problem was resolved within a short period of time despite it being very late in the evening.

So top marks to Raluca and the 123reg support team.
