I was having trouble pointing my domain to a site I had designed in google apps. With the help of the chat support I got it sorted.

Tip - your questions should be specific eg. Is my A record set correctly for google.

I have previously used the self diagnosis tool and found that helpful to.

I would call myself a beginner when it comes to domains and websites so well done chat support
