Today I asked ( yet again) for some help at 123-reg.

Although the issue was not strictly down to them but ony due to my lack of expertise and rushed work, they help me out in less than 5 minutes.
I cannot say a big enough THANK YOU to all the team who helped me on various occasions: it takes an expert in the field and a very patient person to understand a non-techie when we simply say : it does nto work! ( tonge in cheek).
After years of pulling my hair with no results, I feel I am getting what I need and a VERY reasonable price: I am inh control of my websites and I ge thelp when i mess up. I would have do not earlier if I had known it was going to be so easy.

I am already recommending the service to everybody I know
