I had a problem with on of my domains resolving to the wrong address, I raised a ticket late on the Friday night and surprisingly got a message early Saturday morning to let me know the problem was fixed.
I will be honest, there have been a few teething troubles with the hosting package, but that was down to miscommunication more than technical competency.
One word of advice, if you get Raluca as your service tech then hold onto him. He stands head and shoulders above the rest.
