“Extremely slow with Wordpress/Joomla”

I am a freelance web designer and I cringe every time a client tells me that they are hosted with 123 reg. They are fine for static websites, but any database driven websites such as Wordpress and Joomla are diabolical. Extremely slow, frequently timing out and receiving Internal Server Error messages. AVOID.
