Excellent Service

I've been using 123-reg on and off for several years for personal websites and they were always fantastic however no I've decided to go into business as a web developer they have really come into their own.

I used to use their Starter Package when creating my own sites and it was excellent but decided to upgrade to the business package. They took me through everything I needed to know step by step and I feel sure they will be with me for as long as I need them.

The control panel and support sites are superb. The articles are well written but best of all is their My Support section.

I am really new to this and learning all the time. Every time I have had a question, and I've had lots of them, they've responded efficiently, effectively and professionally. Never once have they made me feel inadequate and they have taken the time to go through things with me.

If I haven't been able to deal with something myself they have done it for me.

There are cheaper hosting providers around but the support I have consistently received from 123-reg will ensure I stay with them for a very long time and always recommend them to others.

Without their service and support I would not be able to continue in my chosen career.

So thank you 123-reg, you've made my life much easier :)
