This hosting company is good, if very expensive, while you don't need their help. Their customer service office is terrible. Staff didn't know what they were doing, a senior member of staff was rude and unable to deal professionallly with the problem at hand. Furthermore, writing to head office is a waste of time because they don't bother to reply. I won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend them to others - there are far cheaper and far better hositng companies around.
