I have been using 123-reg for sometime now for purchasing domain names. I never had a reason to contact support until now when I decided to purchase a mailbox. As I was not familiar with the process of setting up the mailbox, I contacted 123-reg. Based on previous experience with other companies, I was not expecting a reply, or if a reply was received I expected it to be misleading or not answering my questions.

I was wrong and surprisingly pleased with the speed (it was a weekend too) and clarity of the reply. It was clear, concise and answered my questions fully. I also had the chance to speak to support on the telephone. I found them to be polite, professional and understood exactly what I wanted.

I am very happy with 123-reg and will certainly recommend 123-reg to friends and family.
