I changed to my own domain email as I can move it from one broadband supplier to another if I change without changing email address. 123 is simple and inexpensive but there is one issue that needs attention. The web based email site is very slow and it has been impossible to delete old email form the inbox. This had to be solved by the engineers which seems cumbersome. Previously I could do this easily with my previous supplier Virgin. This though is my only complaint!
