An ex member of staff had set up a 123 account and registered 15 domains on behalf of the company. We needed to access that 123-reg account because we started getting reminders from 123-reg to the ex member of staff's email address saying that some domains had just expired and others were about to expire very soon.So we contacted 123-reg. closed that person's email account and redirected his mail and that's when we recently
Once 123-reg were satisfied with our veracity some security questions, checks and verifications, 123-reg were extremely helpful and fast in getting all domains back under our control. All done in minutes over the phone.
