“Do not touch this with a barge pole”

I used this product for many years and was very please but then it went very
slow slow slow tried removing and reinstalling. But will not start on completion.
When trying to remove again says that you can not do this because it is running,not on my computer it isn't.

JUST DO NOT TOUCH THIS PRODUCT
