Visited Feb 2013 I visited Millicents today after recieving a pamper package for christmas both me and my partner recieved a groupon deal for 2 treatements, we opted for full body massage and facials. First booking the appointment was a nightmare, we had unitl end of feb to use it and most dates we suggested wernt available and when we did get a date they called back a week later asking us to change it???? “The worst experience ever! ”

I brought a wowcher for a cut blow dry and half a head highlights. First of all i had to wait 90 mins after my appointment time to be seen. When i finaly was seen they then tell me te colour i want was not available so i chose a few more and they were all unavailable too! They then said they had a little bit left of the first colour i chose. The 'salon' was full of the owners friends all sitting around so this did make the experiance very uncomfortable. Very helpful and polite staff on booking...very pleased. However manageress called 8pm the night before the appointment to reschedule. A little rude and very abrupt on the phone. The Manageress on reception on the day of the appointment - no courtesy or manners. The young lady that did the waxing was very nice though. Surroundings were..ok.but multi-use of the room (separated by a curtain) meant lots of people coming and going/doors slamming/kids threatening to pull the curtain aside. All... (read more)
