As we were having underfloor heating in our newly renovated house I was keen to have a water softener installed. Softflow came recommended to us by a friend who had recently had a softflow softener installed, following some intensive research.

The system is very simple and makes an huge difference, we use less products, shower gel, shampoo, household cleaners etc and no lime scale. Some of our older appliances, kettle and iron are being descaled by the softened water. I have already told family and friend how pleased we are with the product. The customer service we have received has met the same great standards as the product itself.
