I am very happy with my Twin tec water softener. It is very easy to use - open the bag - take out the blocks of salt - put them in the machine - hey presto you have soft water. The London Water Company are very friendly and provide an excellent service and help with any queries with the machine and have an efficient delivery service for the salt.
