Very happy with the water softener - fits nicely under our utility room sink. The water feels so soft and we feel so much cleaner every time we shower!

Mark did a great job with the fitting - despite us not initially knowing where the external stop cock was (we have just moved!), we managed to re-arrange the fitting date easily and he managed to even replace our internal stop cock at the same time.

The salt blocks are easy to replace and one of the great things about the TwinTec S3 is that no power supply is required.

Everyone we came into contact with at Aquavitae was very professional. A thorough demonstration before our installation meant we were able to ask any relevant questions.
