I decided on a Kinetico water softener after my Dad had one which lasted 20 years without fault.

Having read the reviews for Ian Keene and Quality H2O, I decided to ask them to supply and fit the kinetico 2020c. They were out to survey my house within a few days and were here within a week to fit the device.

Their service is brilliant. Hayden came with one other person and took a few hours to fit the softener, taking their time to make sure everything worked. They left the house clean and tidy, with some added useful advice on the pressure of our water - which was far too high!

I have since recommended 3 neighbours to Ian and they have all had the same device fitted by him, with the same excellent service.

In terms of the water softener itself, I've had it two months now and have not looked back. After 8 years of hard water in my previous property, I swore never to settle for hard water again - it ruined 4 washing machines and dishwashers and we were endlessly cleaning hard water marks from sinks, taps etc.
