The installation of the replacement unit after 12 years of continuous use, was swiftly achieved. We were informed that our previous unit had been damaged as a result of the water company changing the use of water treatment chemical formula. The installer was helpful and appeared professionally proficient. He answered all our questions in a satisfactory way and we understand the need for a water softener in our hard water area. The unit is small but we are assured it will filter enough water to protect all our appliances. The price quoted was the price paid and the installer arrived on time and fitted and commissioned the new unit within one hour. The installer also provided some salt blocks without charge.
