We have recently had a Kinetico 2020c fitted by UKh2o who did a great , clean and professional job.
What a difference this little box has made to the water quality here in Portsmouth. The shower stays clean, the kettle and cups don't stain and best of all I have managed to reduce the thermostat on our hot water because of better heat transfer so it's a win win situation. I have recommended this unit to all my friends who will hopefully see the light and get one.
Could not imagine life without it.
