After much deliberation (as the cost is greater than most electric softeners)I decided to go ahead on a friend's recommendation and was put in touch with www.QualityH20.co.uk by Kinetico. Ian Keene called, on time, and within 10 days a Kinetico 2020c was fitted with a minimum of fuss despite the need to re-run a mains supply to the kitchen sink.
For a few days there seemed to be little difference but then I noticed that the stainless steel kitchen sink was not so water stained and now, two weeks after fitting, the shower needs very little cleaning, the sink remains unspotted and the kitchen window no longer shows splash marks when the Sun shines. Thank you Ian, thank you Kinetico.
