We had a kinetico water softener installed earlier this year as part of some minor building works including a new kitchen and bathroom. We have never had a softener before, but the difference is incredible. No signs of any limescale on any of the new appliances and soaps and shampoos lather up so much better than before and we seem to be using slightly less soap in the washing machine. It is also comforting to think of the softer water running through the new boiler and heating pipes.

Our softener was provided by Quality Water Systems in Hemel Hempstead. The delivery was made promptly on the day agreed following sound advice on the phone as to the actual kinetico model that would suit us best. They have been extremely helpful in answering a few queries on the phone after installation. The cost of the softener was slightly less than other prices we obtained although all were similar.

Seems to be a very good product provided by a very helpful company. We are satisfied customers.
