I had water softener installed in all my houses and found out about the Kinetico 2020C when it came to find a softener for my new House

It is absolutely amazing, small (but with a capacity that suits a 4 storey House). The water is so soft you cannot wash the shampoo away! And we forgot about limescale stains on our Shower glasses

Happy parents, happy babies, happy cleaning lady and happy appliances, absolutely everybody happy in the house with the Kinetico 2020C
