Recently replaced ancient water softener with a Kinetico 2020c. Very impressed with the prompt and professional approach taken by J M Softeners. From initial diagnosis to installation only took a few days and we have full confidence in their back up service. Have recommended company to family members. (read more)

Having previously owned a Culligan softener which gave no end of trouble including overflowing, this despite regular and expensive service calls from Culligan,went to J M Softeners for advice and was given all the pro's and con's of various makes. Finally opted for the Kinetico 2020c, admittedley not the cheapest but the slim line size and block salt won the day. Installed within 3 days and with a minimum of fuss. Our previous Waterside water softener broke down three times, so we asked JM Softeners for advice on what to replace it with. They gave good advice on the options available from them, including the pros and cons of each. We decided on an Ecowater softener and it was supplied and fitted with no fuss. Very happy with the new softener and it uses far less salt than the Waterside did. Initially quite expensive, but hopefully worth it in the long run. Highly recommended. (read more)

Purchased Ecowater system from JW Softeners 15 months ago after installing new bathroom and watching it scale up immediately. Found a concvenient place for the softener, in the cloakroom, set the levels and timer, easy enough, up and running quietly and have not looked back. We spent the extra for this system as it is fully automatic, only needing a £9 bag of salt every three months. I took a card from J M Softeners Ltd at the Henley Show and subsequently invited them to supply a new water softener as my original one had broken down and been removed. There was a preliminary visit to check the site and piping available, then installation of a Kinetico 2020c, then a later visit just to check that the softened water was right chemically. No hesitation in giving JM Softeners a 5 star-review. Excellent advice and service. Our Kinetico Aqua Blu was fitted as a replacement for our old B&Q softener which lasted 10 years. It is already proving to be more economical to run in terms of salt useage. (read more)

10 years ago we went in search of a water softening system. Having researched it long and hard decided that JM Softeners had the system we required. We had great service at that time. When we recently moved house we needed a water softener. We did not hesitate to as them to come and install a new system. Once again we were impressed with the product and the service received. “Kinetico 2020c”

JM Softeners Ltd recommended the Kinetico 2020c as a replacement for the water softener thay had fitted for us some 16 years ago when we moved to this hard water area. The whole removal/installation process was problem free and we certainly would recommend JMS to others. (read more)

“Supply and installation of water softener”

J M Softeners gave sensible advice on replacement of an existing water softener. The Kenetico 2020c was recommended, then supplied and fitted. The installation was carried out very efficiently as well as a follow-up call to check that the unit was working correctly. (read more)
