Superb customer service, delivery, installation !!

Phoned Hawker Softeners mid-week to discuss a replacement water softener for our ancient Culligan which had packed up. Excellent customer service from the moment they answered my call. Suffice to say that by the Saturday afternoon we had a new Kintico 2020C installed! It was done quickly, efficiently and the engineer cleaned up after his work. My wife even commented after he had left that other companies need to learn from Hawker!
So pleased with the results, its now obvious that the old softener was not working properly for quite a while - gone are all the hard water stains in the sinks, toilets, bath and the shower screen and chrome fittings are bright and shiny. Its now a pleasure stepping into the power shower in a morning, the water feels so much softer, we're using far less shower gel/shampoo. Even the washing up in the sink is easier, less w/up liquid and the dishwasher is making the plates/glasses shine. The clothes from the washing machine are much better too.
Very pleased all round - wouldn't hesitate in recommending Hawker Softeners.
And the 202C is much smaller than the old Culligan ;-)
