I have always wanted a Water Softener but was put off by the cost and potential installation issues;- size, location, pipes, electrics etc . When I found out how compact the Harvey HV3 Block Salt Softener was, and the fact that it required no electrical supply and virtually no maintenance I felt I wanted to have a demonstration. This proved to be instructive and the product well made. The offer left plenty of scope for assessment and evaluation at no financial risk and installation, which was carried out efficiently to meet our particular requirements, was included.

After three months I made the commitment to buy.
It must be said that the benefits did not come as quickly as I was expecting. Although cleaning of cutlery and bathroom items have reduced effort and the amount of cleaning products, I do not think we will be saving tons of money. However, having been hard water people since birth we are now enjoying the pleasure and luxury that soft water brings.
