We had our water softener installed in January this year as we were suffering from a build up of scale in our hot water cylinder. The results have been brilliant, we use far less washing powder, dishwasher powder, shampoo, soap etc.. etc.. than we used to.

The water from the taps is now lovely and soft and much better to wash in as it makes more bubbles. The biggest benefit is that is has prevented the scale in the hot water heater getting worse and over time will even descale it saving us money on gas!

The sales process was very simple and Harveys have been a pleasure to deal with. The softener is easy to look after and just needs a salt block or two putting in it every now and again.

I wouldn't be without it now!
