After I hit the button to request a quote online from Harveys (when researching different water softners to replace our very old and obsolete one which had sprung a leak) I was initially extremely nervous of what I thought would be a hard sell as to why we should buy a Harveys Block Salt Softner instead of the Kinetico that we were also considering. This couldn't have been further from what we actually experienced!! There was no hard sell and we can honestly say that this excellent British company has restored our faith and we would have no hesitation in recommending the service that Harveys have given us. The installer (who was also called Harvey!) was the most patient and professional plumber that we have ever come across and he really went the extra mile to ensure that everything was installed to our satisfaction. We are currently trialling the Harveys Block Salt Softner via a rental agreement and can decide anytime within the first 3 months whether we want to keep the softner, with further very flexible payment terms, or to give it back. From everything we have experienced so far, we have no reason to think that we will be giving it back!
