Best money spent in a long time.

Did a fair bit of online research and Harvey's system sounded the best. Booked for a demo and the rep was on time, courteous, did a demo and explained how the system worked. No sales pitch, but was enough to help us make the decision to proceed. Booked for installation a week or so later, plumber arrived on time, courteous, but however due to old plumbing in property, spend a whole day but could not fit the system. Harvey's arranged for a senior plumber and the first plumber to come a few weeks later (end Feb 2015) and they fitted the system. Left the place clean and tidy.
Water! It is just unbelievable how soft it is and how little soap and detergent is needed. Skin feels a lot softer and less irritable as I suffer from psoriasis. It takes a little bit of time to get used to the fact that you feel there still soap on your skin when there is none! This is my first week with this system but 100%?satisfied.
One caution - shower/bath surface can become very slippery, so a non-slip Matt a must to avoid getting hurt!
