It does what is says on the tin & more besides

I was looking at a softener for ages mainly due to health but also, I am a single malt fan and was fed of spoiling a good one with the hard stuff coming out of my tap. Yes, bottled water is not too expensive but combined with my desire for a nice cup of tea and health reasons, I decided to invite Harveys in to talk about their softener. The demonstration was thorough without being boring and I did not feel any pressure to sign up. However, I did sign up for the 3 month rental try and see it period and then made the purchase.
This is a top piece of kit, sits snugly away under our sink, quickly fitted by a really nice informative plumber. After discussion with the plumber, I can easily switch to mains supply for the garden. The claims that they make about requiring less shampoo etc are true. The silver & glass surfaces around the house are pristine, no water/limescale marks.

I would gladly recommend this to anybody as sound healthy investment.

Oh, and yes, the single malts are tasting sweet with the soft water.
