Wish we'd bought one years ago!

Love our Harvey Water Softener - it's made such a difference to everything water-related. Hair and skin really benefit. Our taps and sinks are always shiny without any chemicals needed. Washing machine and laundry is much cleaner and the Harvey's washing powder is great. (Seems expensive but as you need so little it lasts for ages - and the bottle dispenses correct amount so you don't use more than you need). Dishwasher works better with no need for salt or rinse aid. Flower vases no longer have limescale rings on them. Our only initial negative was that we were a bit surprised the unit took up slightly more space than we were expecting, but this was soon resolved by the clever little shelf on legs the installers provided in the remaining cupboard space. Our kitchen cupboard is now much easier to keep tidy and everything we need (minus all the redundant limescale removers) fit in neatly alongside the water softener unit. Staff at Harvey's are always friendly, efficient and respond to any queries promptly. They obviously have good company work ethics - wish more companies were like that.
