I have two Harvey's softeners and rate them very highly.
They're twin cylinder so always softening the water rather than other types that need time to regenerate when any water passing through is un-softened.
They're meter based so only regenerate when necessary rather than at a fixed time which either wastes salt by softening too often or allowing unsoftened water through by regenerating not frequently enough.
I had call to get one of their engineers out to a problem with one of the softeners, it took two visits to fix the problem and because of that they didn't charge me for either the time or parts used. What a fantastic service!
I can't recommend their softeners or service highly enough!
