The system was easy to install - but needed a chlorinator that they sold me to help with the smell

The chlorine has since been used and there are no directions on how to either open chlorinator to add chlorine or where to buy chlorine.

I've sent a couple of emails to customer support - and they never respond

The water now smells as bad as it did before we installed the unit. The only good thing is the rings in the toilets rarely happen (although they still do somewhat).
