We bought this system almost 10 years ago and have no problems whatsoever. It services itself and the water has always been great. My wife says she never has to use hair conditioner (wish I had some - hair that is)as the water is so gentle on her hair. When we needed some answers when we moved to another home, the man that sold us the system answered them and offered to come and help us, but it was a simple process. We put an upright garden shed over it to protect it and never opened it except to clean out the cobwebs occasionally. There is no maintenance on it and we just found out the capacity is greater than originally thought, so we still have more than another 10 years usage. Best money we ever spent as the water here isn't the best.
