“BAD Customer Service”

Just moved into a house with this system- because we were not the original owners the warranty was cancelled, even though the original owners would have had the warranty. Wrote several emails and left voice messages trying to get a replacement filter. Calls not returned. Finally got a hold of someone, who said they would call back in 30 minutes. 2 hours later, no calls. Called them back. Got a hold of a different person who said they would call back in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, no call. Called again and found out our original order for replacement filters had been cancelled after we placed it more than two weeks ago, but no one had bothered to let us know that. We said forget it and hopefully we can find them somewhere else!

Hi, I am having the same problem. I am looking for replacement filters for the bypass? Did you manage to find the filter you needed? Where?

Go to the website Lifesourcewater.com click on "shop" in the top right hand corner, click on the picture of the pre-sediment cartridges a pack of three is $33 plus tax and shipping. We had the pre-filter thingy on the first one we had and we bought a box of 20 with the unit and left the spares when we moved.
