My fiancé bought me a Breitling colt for an engagement present. Less than a year later the number '6' fell off the face!! After sending the watch back to Breitling, expecting an apology for the poor quality, a repaired watch and maybe a show of goodwill such as a new strap or free service for my trouble. Sadly what I actually got was a claim from Breitling that the damage could only have possibly been caused by a heavy impact, not true at all, and that they will not repair the watch under warranty!!
Worlds worst customer service ever! I'll never be buying another poor quality watch like this. Do yourselves a favour and never ever buy a Breitling.
