When this machine comes to the spin cycle it just hums but doesn't spin the water out of the clothes. It just sits there!!! Then the rinse cycle starts and it hasn't expelled the first wash water yet. You have to "open the lid and close it each time it goes to spin out to start the next cycle. If you miss it it just sits and hums . I had a repair man out "since it has done it since it was BRAND NEW....but it didn't do it while he was here so he fixed nothing....even though I told him what it was doing. I called several times while under warrenty but they only came out the 1 time....never showed back up again!!!
