Machine stopped working in less than 1 month of use.
Hotpoint engineer attended and replaced circuit panel machine still didn't
work. Informed me another circuit panel was not working but would have to be
ordered. Hotpoint have no idea when they will be able to get the part but
refuse to replace the machine even though it's almost new. I have spent
countless hours hanging on the phone to try and find out when i may have a
machine i can use but after almost a month I am no further on. I have been
informed that if I experience the same problem again once it has been repaired
they will look into it further. Inspires great confidence!! I will not be
buying Hotpoint again.

5 times thay come out about my washing machine and i have a tumble dryer thay replaced every part of my dryer and my dryer all most cought on fire and i only had them for abount 6 months and thay refuse me a replacement i had to shout at them on the phone for about 1 half hours for them to send me a sorry letter
