always breaking down

“always breaking down”

I bought this machine 2 years ago and it is always breaking down. The first time was just 5 months after purchase. I have had to pay out nearly £7 a month in insurance just to cover the repairs. The last person at Hotpoint I spoke to told me that it wasn't excessive for a machine to break down twice a year!
I have never had this problem with any other machine I have had. I wish now I had kept my old machine which still worked but decided to invest in a new one as I have just retired and wanted to have one that would keep me going in retirement.
What a wast of money. I am still trying to get them to replace it but if all else fails I will just have to buy a new one.
My advice to anyone considering purchasing one of these is DON'T BOTHER.
