“Dancing and Noisy since new”

Bought this machine 15 months ago and since day one it has clattered and danced its way around two kitchens. At first we thought it was just our old wooden floorboards, and lived with it... but now, in a new house with solid floors the problem remains.

The machine has also started making a strange noise like a belt buckle is inside the drum.

Got it cheap at the time (£269) and I reckon I will have more trouble trying to get Hoover or the retailer to look at it than I will just buying a new machine.

A piece of junk.
