I bought this machine in April 2011, within 4 months I had an engineer out because it was not getting my clothes clean (especially my son's football kits - which were being washed immediately after him taking them off)
It doesn't remove wet mud stains or marks from light coloured clothing.
Have had 4 engineers out to date and still they tell me nothing is wrong with it, even though they have seen the washing with marks left on it and agree that something is wrong. Customer services department - all I can say is what customer services - they hang up on you, pass you from different department to department (hoping I'm sure you just give up and go away).
I am about to issue a county court summons against hotpoint.
Anyone else having the same problems as me???

Good for you, they are not the reliable company they used to be. Good luck and I hope you get a full refund, the quality of the product is not fit for purpose.
