“Bad,bad, bad company”

I purchased a washing machine from them two years ago and also a 5 year guarantee. The washing machine got louder and louder and eventually the ballbearings went. Tried to claim on my 5 year guarnatee only to be told that I didnt purchase one. After faxing them a copy of my agreement they miraculously found it. The engineer came and said the problem could be fixed but could take several days awaiting on parts only to be told by customer service that the machine was unrepairable but they could sell me another machine for £400. Why would I buy another one from them? I said I wanted a return of my 5 year extended guarantee only to be told I was only entitled to £25. Details currently with the OFT and the Financial Services Ombudsman.

If I knew what I knew now, I never would have touched them.

Never buy from them again!

Poor quality products.

Waited for 3 months on a small repair but the excuse is still waiting for parts!

I'm giving up.
