The VW polo is a small car manufactured by Volkswagen which is especially popular in Europe. It is most widely seen in hatchback form although there have been other formats including saloon, estate, etc.
About half a million Mark 1 Polos were sold during its 5 year lifespan with more than nine million Polos across all models subsequently sold. Each generation was revamped mid way through its production era. The Polo has always been an ultra reliable, practical fun car but the latest models are typical of todays competitive market in terms of the quality and value for money they offer.

Downgraded from a Mercedes C43 AMG. This car has superb torque to weight ratio. The ratio is enough to make it a great drivers car, just wish it was a DSG gearbox. The driving position is good.
Sound insulation could be a bit better as there is quite a bit of road noise which a bit of padding could solve. Coming from petrol to diesel - the torque is the biggest point, the car feels like its got a 3.5 litre petrol engine under the bonnet. The in-gear accleration (even top gear) on motorway ...

VW Polos are ideal cars for young women, and women of all ages. They are also great cars for men as they look sporty! Especially in the diamond black paint. Which is the colour of mine. They are really easy to drive and I can ' t imagine having any other car now, unless it was another VW you feel safe in them. Are spacious enough to fit a baby car seat in the back and a pushchair in the boot. As I found out when taking my boyfriends fianc and baby shopping. The standard CD player is really ...

I'd advise anyone to try out the new polo match that I ' ve recently purchased. I got the 3dr VW Polo match hatchback 1.4 tdi diesels in metallic black on a 58 plate.
It looks really good inside and out (even down to the blue dials and leather steering wheel and gear stick) it even has a little sport look too so my boyfriend loves it as well!
The inside is very spacious and comfortable, (the feeling of space is similar to what you ' d feel in a bmw x5) with the best looking black and grey ...

I recently had a Black MK5 VW Polo 1.4 SE 2008 (08), before this I had the 1.2 Polo MK4 model, I cant believe the difference in the drive between these two cars. The new Polo to me has improved that much its staggering, VW really now I feel are miles in front of Ford Fiestas, Vauxhall Corsas, Renault Clios... The drive on this can be compared to an Audi A3 and a BMW 1 Series in my opinion. However, when you consider the price its quite hard to believe how good this car is for value for ...

The VW Polo is a great little work horse, I had my first one for 10 years until it got too expensive to keep in tip top condition. The second one had for 7 years. Warning both had corrosion problems on top of fuel tank. They are also prone to the top head gasket going. Check both these out if you are considering buying one. I loved mine for around town driving and took it far and wide on holiday. Excellent boot space and easy to put the back seats down and fill up the back with anything from a ...
