The Volkswagen Corrado is a classy sporty coupe built by VW between 1988 and 1995. A three-door hatchback with 2+2 seating layout, it was launched as a successor to the successful Scirocco. The Corrado offers surprisingly high performance when you look beyond its elegant but conventional styling. A supercharged 4 cylinder engine drove all early Corrados, producing 158 hp. Later the legendary VR6 was introduced.

The VR6 is capable of 150mph 0-6 7.7 secs. Very fast, astonishing really for a car that went out of production over ten years ago.

The Volkswagen Corrado G60 Supercharged is an awesome car. It is one I had been looking for some time and luckily found one that had not been molested and very low mileage. Although I had initial thoughts to modify it, it is in such great shape that I have decided to keep it stock. There are just ...

The Volkswagen Corrado G60 is an awesome car. I've owned G60 and VR6 and am now getting my second G60 after a year away from Corrado's. VR6 was an awsome car, but the potential with the G60 just draws me back. The Corrado is a classic car now. Timeless design, sleek looks and will get peoples heads t ...

I love this car! It handles extremely well and the automatic spoiler is totally awesome. The supercharger in mine blew up so I had to take it out and extend the intake but the thing stills goes off like a bullet! It may only have 158 hp but it is easily upgraded if you have a couple hundred dollars, ...

Fast, sporty, a dream drive. Certainly not for the faint hearted. Reliable and ever driveable.
I have had my wee beastie for a couple of months now and love her to bits...
So much fun and a fantastic drive, hate driving other cars as I miss the power and fun of my Corrado.

The Corrado is definitely a classic car to own, to buy a decent one that has not been thrashed or seriously messed around with is somewhat hard to do.
If you own a decent one and can afford to keep it then I think within in time they will be come a major classic.
They say that the Corrado are few a ...
